Query regarding affiliate plugin coupon discount and commission

Posted in

Hi, We installed Affiliate pro plugin on our WordPress site and as per our requirement, we want 10% discount code for customers who use the code of any affiliate member and that member get 10% commision for any purchase made through their code.

The issue we are having is that if one customer uses the code of an affiliate then he gets the discount from that code but the affiliate member is not earning 10% commission. Please check if the setting we added in Affiliate plugin is correct or not. Here are the WordPress login details:

Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks for your support, My query is resolved and it’s working correctly.

I have another doubt to clear. Is it possible in your plugins to have the coupon generated dynamically and assigned to the affiliates who are registering on the sites? Currently we are generating unique coupon manually from woocommerce and then assigning them to the registered affiliates.

      Hi,

Perfect, I’m happy to hear that we have this in order now.

Regarding automatic creation and assignment of coupons, we have an extension which offers this called Affiliates Coupons – if you could please have a look at the details on its documentation page – I think this should be suitable for your requirements.

      Cheers

Ok, I have installed the more advanced integration and deactivated the light one.

You had one rate defined for a particular affiliate and I have adjusted it so that all affiliates will have a 10% commission by default.

With the coupons you have already assigned to the affiliates, you should be all set … please let us know if you have any questions.

    Cheers

    Hi,

I’ve checked the settings and you currently have the light integration with WooCommerce installed, we need to switch it over to the advanced integration that is included with Affiliates Pro so the system can handle the coupons.

You can see this under Affiliates > Settings > Integrations – I also see there that you have not installed the updater yet which allows you to input the service key and receive updates. You can find details about the updater here Itthinx Updates

I will install the Pro integration for you meanwhile and once that is activated (replacing the free integration), you will see that the coupons assigned to affiliates and used on orders will result in commissions.

    Cheers
