Hello there,
Object allows you to, for example, set an individual rate for a certain product.
Terms makes it possible to set a specific rate , e.g. for whole product categories with WooCommerce.
Integration refers to a chosen Integration, for example WooCommerce, which would enable you to choose the above described settings for Object and Terms. Integrations are installed via Affiliates > Settings > Integrations . The documentation has a thorough explanation of the available Integrations -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/setup/settings/integrations/
