I am using Affiliates Enterprise with WooCommerce integration. I have set up a test referrer, and using “Referral Rate” method set to 0.10 in Affiliates>Settings>Commissions (as I do not need a per product rate).
I then go to store using affiliate URL: http://example.com/?affiliates=2
Checkout a product as usual. *I do not however complete the transaction on paypal, but DO set transaction in WooCommerce to “Processing” and have also tried “Complete.”
Go to Affiliates>Visits&Referrals: Visits are being tracked, however referrals is 0.
Seems to have done the trick, thank you.
*I also made sure that I was not testing in the same browser that had the user/affiliate logged into wordpress admin. Not sure if that makes a difference, but I know I saw something about that in the documentation.

please try to enable “Enable product referral rates” in Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration, and set as default value 0.10
Then in Affiliates->Settings:Commissions set “Referral Amount Method” and “Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates”. If you don’t set a value per product, then the default value will be used.
