I have a problem:
I did create a new affiliate but the referrals are not counted. Visits and Hits are counted.
I did purchase with a affiliate link from some different computers but non of the purchases were counted. I did create a affiliate but no link is shown: http://prntscr.com/e0lt46
If I go to settings it looks like this: http://prntscr.com/e0luax
