refund please

I paid for and downloaded Widgets Control Pro and it does not do what we need it to do. Can you please refund the $19 USD that we paid today? Thanks so much!

    Hi Richard,

Sure we can refund your purchase.
Could you please also indicate what feature was missing for you, in case we could add it in one of the future releases of the plugin?

    Kind regards,
    George

I wanted to have certain content blocks on a specific page visible to certain members of a group, but not visible to non-members. It did not work.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi,

Can you please give some more details on this block? Do you use a particular page builder plugin for this?
For example Visual Composer is compatible with Groups access restrictions by using a free addon we offer here.

I apologise for asking all these questions and details but we highly request user feedback and new features in order to keep our plugins up-to-date with customer needs.

    Cheers,
    George

We use Elementor and it is not compatible. Thanks for trying!

      Hi,

I’ve been looking at this with George and we are going to check for a solution – I’m sure this would be an interesting combination for many so I will make certain to find a fix if possible. Do you want us to refund now or would you like to wait and see if we can make it work? Either decision is fine, please just let us know what you would prefer.

      Cheers

Thank you very much for your kind reply and for your patience! We’ve just released an update where two main issues have been resolved. One is related to Groups where the content of a restricted Content Block would still be shown. The other is related to Elementor, it applies its content filter when it shouldn’t and I’ve added a solution in our plugin instead of asking them to review it – it’s quicker. I will let them know about it though.

So with the new release 2.1.0 you can now simply set an access restriction within the content block itself. When you add it through Elementor, it will only be shown to members of the appropriate group.

Thanks for pointing out the issue and please let us know if there’s anything else we can do. Suggestions are welcome anytime.
