Hello, Please can I request a refund. I’m finding it too complicated to use. I’m short on time and I can’t get the coupons to work. They just keep saying code not valid when I test it. It’s just not as user-friendly as I thought it would be – sorry! I purchased today. I appreciate it’s a digital product but I won’t be using it if I can’t figure it out and you can deactivate my license. Thank you, Chloe

Absolutely yes, we can proceed and issue a refund for your purchase, but if you are willing to give the plugin a second chance, may I offer to complete the setup for you? In this case you can provide us with temp admin credentials sent to george at itthinx dot com and a few details on what you’re trying to setup. The most possible reason why this is happening is that the case for coupons doesn’t match as Affiliates plugin supports both upper- and lowercase coupons while WooCommerce supports only lowercase codes. In this case an affiliate-assigned coupon in uppercase wouldn’t be valid for a WC order.
Otherwise, you may add a comment here and we can proceed with your refund.
