Is there a way to send out two different automatic emails for different types of affiliates. We want to set up an affiliate area for businesses and a different one for customers, but if there is only one auto email sent out then we can’t personalize it for the different types of affiliates.
The only alternative we have is to manually set up the customers account and send them a personalized email after their account has been set up.
Ok thanks, I’ve just installed and activated the welcome emails plugin but can’t find it anywhere on my wordpress dashboard. Is this where it’s supposed to be?

this plugin doesn’t add menu/submenu to dashboard. You must to custom it in affiliates-wellcome-email.php file around lines 70-75.
