I am having trouble figuring out set up. I have read the documentation and watched all the videos.
I have created the affiliate area and tried to do a test sign up, However when I tried to register to be a new (test) affiliate, I couldn’t submit my entry because I was lacking the required fields of: Address, city, state, zip, etc.., the only problem being that there was no place to enter this information using the short code [affiliates_registration]

Thanks! Is there a way to view each of my affiliate partners’ sign-ups ? I’d like to be able to quickly see which members belong to each affiliate. I am using Affiliates Permanent to anchor a new member to an affiliate, but I can’t seem to figure out how to view who is signed up under which affiliate.
