Is it possible to setup multiple affiliate types with levels for advancement? For example, we want all affiliates to start out at the basic level which offers a 10% commission. Once they reach $1000 in sales referrals they will move to level 2. At level 2 we would like them to start receiving 20% commission.

Using the Groups plugin, from the Affiliates->Rates table you can set custom rates per group. So with the Affiliates Groups by referrals plugin, the affiliates will change their group (and rates) according to their referrals generated.
