Shortcodes do not work anymore

Posted in

An affiliate complained that after the login he´s not able to see the affiliate fields…affiliate url….and he´s right…login as a test-affiliate I´m not able to see anything of the affiliate fields!?

I´m not sure what´s going on…shortcodes I use are:

[affiliates_is_not_affiliate]
[affiliates_login_redirect]
[affiliates_registration]
[/affiliates_is_not_affiliate]

[affiliates_is_affiliate]
[affiliates_fields]
[affiliates_url]
[affiliates_referrals show=”total” status=”accepted”]
[affiliates_referrals show=”total” status=”closed”]
[affiliates_earnings]
[affiliates_logout]
[/affiliates_is_affiliate]

My test-site is:

Affiliate Area

I do not allow self registration…every affiliate is generated by myself. Affiliate Role is “Subscriber”. I can make you subscriber if you give me your mail-adress so that you can see what´s going on.

I recently upgraded from free plugin to Pro.

Best Regards
René

    Hi Rene,

What is it displayed instead of the shortcode output?

Please check your test affiliate in case the affiliate is still pending approval.
Also, if you are using any plugins for visual building pages, make sure that the shortcodes are processed properly.

I can also have a look on your site, but I would prefer to have admin access. You are welcome to send temp admin credentials to george@itthinx.com.

    Kind regards,
    George
