Show the partner’s promo code in the partner’s account

Hello! Could you please tell me how to display a partner’s promo code in the partner section? How should the partner know about it?

Thank you very much for your help!

  3. You’re welcome.

This happens because Affiliates supports coupons not only for WC but also for other platforms, like Events Manager.

However, if you replace the template with the new one I’ve just sent you, then trashed coupons won’t appear in the Affiliates Dashboard. Alternatively, when you trash a WC coupon, you can also delete it from your partner’s attributes.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Thanks! It worked!

How do I remove inactive coupons from the list? I think I deleted them in Woo, but it shows it’s linked to a partner.

Writes: This coupon has been assigned to a partner, but it is not valid in the e-commerce system.

    I need to delete it.

  5. Hi Roman,

Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using Affiliates Pro on your site.

You can display a partner’s coupon code in the Affiliates Dashboard, using a custom template like this: https://github.com/geotsiokos/affiliates-dashboard-templates/blob/master/overview-pro-coupons.php

In general, Affiliates Dashboard uses a templates system that you can override with custom templates through a Child Theme, so that your custom templates will remain intact upon a theme update.

In this case, you need to get the template file I’ve shared above, rename it to overview-pro.php and then place it inside your Child Theme folder under affiliates/dashboard. As you can realize, the template file will be in wp-content/themes/your-child-theme-folder/affiliates/dashboard/overview-pro.php.

    Reference: https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/api/templates/

If the above looks complicated, once you prepare your Child Theme, add the file I’ve sent you in the email address that you use here for your license.

    Kind regards,
    George
