Just a question? Am I using the shortcodes correctly? I just copy and paste in my page builder.. but why the details dont show?

Which page builder plugin are you using?
Some plugins don’t process shortcodes unless you place them in a special element/block. The best place would be to check the documentation of your page builder to find out how to use shortcodes.
