I have 2 questions and can’t seem to find the answer. Is there anyway that I can integrate the Pro plugin so that it captures orders made through my stripe account or thinkific or no?
Secondly, when I tested out the affiliate link, it went straight to my blog. Is there anyway to have links that go directly to particular items?

At the moment Affiliates plugins are compatible with WordPress and can integrate to record referrals with a number of other WP plugins which are listed here. All these are offered for free for all licensed users of Affiliates Pro and Enterprise.
If for example you are using Stripe as a WooCommerce payment gateway, then you can use Affiliates Pro and its integration Affiliates WooCommerce integration which can be installed through Affiliates > Settings, under Integrations tab.
