    Hi Hermanus,

    My previous comment does exactly this.
    If still you keep noticing any unusual behavior, you can provide me temp admin access to your site by sending admin credentials to george@itthinx.com.

    Cheers,

    Hello George,

    Thank you. We have installed the Woocommerce Integration, when we originally installed the plugin. The Method is now set to “Referral Rate” and all the Auto-Adjust options are selected. I have not selected the “Enable product referral rates” under the Woocommerce Integration section or do I need to do that?

    Lastly, we only want to pay affiliates based on the product net value. For Example:

    We pay 10% commission. If Invoice is $90 for products and $10 for shipping, the total invoice net value will be $100. We only want to pay on products sold, because shipping is an expense for us. So based on this example, the total for the affiliate must be $9 and not $10. Hope it make sense and hope this I is possible to setup like that.

    Regards,
    Hermanus

    Hi Hermanus,

    If you haven’t already, install Affiliates WooCommerce integration through Affiliates > Settings, under Integrations tab.
    After that try the following and let me know if it worked for you.
    1) Go to Affiliates > Settings under Commissions tab. There choose Referral Rate and as value enter 0.15. The commission will be calculated based on the net sale amount.
    2) Go to Affiliates > WooCommerce integration and make sure that all the Auto-adjust options are enabled.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi Hermanus,

    Which version of the plugin do you use?
    Did you notice anything unusual in debug.log?
    Please visit Affiliates > Totals and clear the filters in case you are currently displaying totals only for a specific referral status, ie Pending. After that, have a look at your debug.log in case there is something logged.

    To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
    with these lines:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    after that, any errors will be added to a file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.

    Kind regards,
    George

      Hello George,

      I am using Affiliates Pro Version 3.0.1.

      I did not look in the debug.log file, since I am not that confident looking at the backend. I will ask my developer to have a look.

      Under the Referrals tab, the “Default referral Status” was set to Accepted, but I have changed it now to Pending.

      Under the Commissions tab, I had the Method set to Rates, which did not work. I have changed it now to “Referral Rate”.

      Basically I need my Affilliates to receive 15% (0.15) of any completed/successful orders, independent of products, but excluding shipping charges. Is that possible?

      Regards,

      Hermanus
