Hello,
as we look in our transactions we see that all partners have no money in the transactions. All is 0.00€ What is happend? What is missing?

Hi Frank,
I would say that the rate was missing that’s why the order didn’t get the proper commission. You can check that if you use an affiliate link, ie your affiliate link and place a test order after following that link, now that the rate is set.
Regarding orders that are missing commissions, i had a quick check and found out that 2 or 3 of your affiliates are missing commissions. You can make a quick check yourself under Affiliates > Transaktionen, enable Details anzeigen, Beschreibungen anzeigen, Daten anzeigen and each time select your Partner. For the orders that are missing a commission you can add a referral manually by clicking the Erstellen button on top left corner as i mentioned in my previous comment with an amount that equals the 15%(?) of the orders total.

Ok, thanks we delete you examples. But i have now another question. Please can you check.
We have two orders over the affiliate Martina Golling.
Can you check it please why the first order from october has a commission and the last from december not. Also how we can fix the non-credited orders and give the affiliates the right commissions in retrospect.

I’ve added two rates in your system. With this setup the following apply:
Whenever an affiliate refers a new sale on WooCommerce, they will get a 15% of the sale.
Whenever Frank refers a new sale on WooCommerce, he will get a 20% of the sale.
Whenever a sale is referred that has the product with id 5079, a 25% commission will be granted for that product.
Feel free to check and delete the rates, if these examples don’t fit on your setup. I’ve added them only for reference.

Hi Frank,
We have a very detailed guide in our documentation here regarding rates.
I can also add some example rates in your site so you can have a more detailed reference of all the use cases covered by Rates. If necessary, send me access to your site and i will add them for you.
For example, in order to credit 15%, you need to create a rate of 0.15, choose Rate as Type and optionally choose WooCommerce as the integration.
As for the non-credited commissions, you can add referrals manually where you can specify which affiliate to credit and how much you choose to credit.
Although we provide support only through the forum, you are always welcome to use the forum whenever you need assistance.

Yes, we use rates, but under rates we have nothing setup.
No we want give our affiliates 15%. I know that we have to add 0.15.
How can we now credit the non-credited commissions in retrospect?
I will give you also admin Access and if you want wen can also have a skype call and we do it together, because our shop is in german.

Which method do you use for granting commissions?
Check your settings in Affiliates > Settings, under Commissions tab.
If you are using Rates, please have a look at your Rates table, in case you haven’t set an amount or rate for commissions.
If you are using Referral Rate or Referral Amount, please have a look in case you haven’t set a number for this.
If you use product rates, check the amount set under Affiliates > WooCommerce integration.
If none of these applies, please send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.
