1. I´ve sent you a question 2 days ago and I really need an answer before I upgrade to enterprise.
If I open your .pot file for affiliate pro 2.7.1, I can´t find all the english words that you are use in your shortcode-outputs. So I can´t translate them into another language

Did I miss anything?
2. You wrote me that I need an upgrade to enterprise if I wanna use different-affiliate-tiers.. Did I need anything else to make a customer to an affiliates consistent? That means if a customers comes over an affiliate and he/she sell anything a few month later, the affiliate should become his rate. Is it possible to set this:
a. for lifetime?
b. for a period like 12 months, 9 month eg.?

Many thanks for making the video, that makes it easier to help 🙂 At 0:35 you have an open folder showing the pot file that you import later in Poedit – this is the translation template which contains strings that are specific to Affiliates Enterprise. The strings you are looking for are in affiliates-pro-2.7.1.pot, also note that there is the base translation template affiliates-2.7.1.pot where you will find those strings that are not contained in the others.
Please also have a look at the notes at the bottom of the repository as it indicates where the translations have to be added.
If you would like to have your translations added, please let me know.

Regarding the translation, note that there are several separate files used depending on the version (see https://github.com/itthinx/affiliates-translations)
Affiliates Pro :

affiliates-enterprise/lib/core/languagesaffiliates-enterprise/lib/ext/languagesaffiliates-enterprise/lib/eext/languagesRegarding the duration, the tiers are related for an unlimited time. That means that once a new affiliate has been referred by an existing one, the new affiliate is in the referring affiliate’s downline forever unless removed explicitly.
If you refer to the validity of a visit to an affiliate link, this depends on the value specified under Affiliates > Options > Referral timeout. A high value on this parameter will result in referrals granted as long as the system finds the affiliate cookie and within the specified duration.
If you want to grant referrals to an affiliate permanently, there is an extension Affiliates Permanent. Depending on your intent, this could be covering your case #2.a – it does not allow to specify a duration for the permanent assignment, i.e. a permanent assignment for 9 months would not be possible.
