Unable to import affiliates member

We deleted all affiliate members and then re-imported. When I import data, it is always unsuccessful, and the error is displayed as shown:

The above picture shows the missing email, but the imported information is registered for affiliates and the email address is also correct. Please help me how to solve this problem, thanks!

      Please could you share a copy of the file you are using so I try to import it?

        This is a file of our affiliate member information. You can try to import.

            Have you received E-mail that I sent you? The content is the administrator account and password of our website. Can you import affiliate members information to affiliate program?

    Hi there Win,

    I trust you are well and safe!

    Thank you so much for using Affiliates Enterprise. It brings us so much joy.

    It would seem to be a problem in the import file’s formatting. Here’s a copy of a proper file format to use ( affiliates-import-example 3). You would simply need to replace the entries to match yours.

    Also, you can find more on this here in the documentation:
    * http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-import/

    More specifically, look at the Column Declaration section and the affiliates-import-example 3

    I remain available to help if you have any further inquiries.

    In the meantime, I wish you a very fine and productive day ahead!

    STAY SAFE!
    Warm regards,
    Eugen.
