I would appreciate it if someone could assist with the issue that we are facing.
Affiliates are not being credited for their referral. The issue is when an affiliate’s referral results in a sale, this is no longer showing anywhere. There seems to be no record at all of the commission earned (even in pending status). Basically, the system does not seem to be acknowledging any of the affiliate referrals.

Thanks for using Affiliates Pro and happy new year.
I understand your worries and I am here to help.
Please have you set up rates and assigned that affiliate to the product which is referred?
Also please I would like to know how you wish to give commissions to the affiliate.
In most cases, you would need to make sure you have our WooCommerce Integration installed.
Next, decide on the rate type; that is, rate for percentages, value for a fixed amount or formula and enter its value. You would find these settings in Affiliates -> Rates Afterwhich you would want to select the Affiliate you desire rate to be applied to.
Then you would proceed to select the integration as WooCommerce, and selecting the product you wish rates to be applied to in the object field. Then saving changes.
