I have renewed my licence for Groups File Access and have installed and entered my code in the itthinx Update plugin but my plugin dashboard still says ‘Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.’
What’s the best way for me to update from 1.7 to 2? Many thanks

Thanks for getting the update and for using our tools!
You can simply replace the existing version 1.7 with the latest, just go to Plugins > Add New and upload the latest release you have available in the Downloads section. WordPress will ask you if you want to replace the existing plugin with the uploaded one, confirm and you’re done. Once the latest version is active on your site, the updater will notify you of new releases coming up.
