Trying to Upgrading from old Affiliates Pro Version 2.12.0 to 4.2.0.
Can’t seem to upgrade automatically after purchasing a new license.
When I try to manually, I get a white page “Site is having difficulties” error, so had to revert to the old version.
I also have older versions of “Affiliates WooCommerce Integration” (1.5.0) and “Affiliates Extra Fields” (1.1 Beta) installed. Are there new versions of those needed/available?
Please advise.

Hi Michael,
Sorry to hear that, but we can help you upgrade. I would recommend you to take a full backup of your site files and database and then provide us with temp admin access to your Dashboard in order to do the upgrade for you. It would also be useful to enable WP debugging and send the account details to george at itthinx dot com.
To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and do the following:
Replace this line:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
