we contacted Woothemes since we have several products which cannot be seen once an user clicks on them. It was working in the past but stopped working. Woothemes says the problem is your plugin Groups. I dont know what the problem is but I do know people have been unable to place orders for weeks without a solution to this issue.

No restrictions on most products in market place at https://stockmarketlive.tv/marketplace/
Many dont even show up on the marketplace but there are no restrictions on them.
Anyone not logged in should be able see them.
What happens is that it is redirected to a page https://stockmarketlive.tv/protected-content
For example products such as https://stockmarketlive.tv/marketplace/subscription/basic-trading-course/ do not show up on marketplace therefore no one can buy them even if logged in.
In the past there was a restriction on these products but then we deleted the respective group and capability, since then started having issues.

The issue appears to be coming from the Groups plugin itself and not Groups WooCommerce. Disabling Groups WooCommerce also does a redirect. Thanks for the additional info. Simply recreate the group and capability and then remove the restrictions from the products please. I’ll take what you have described into account to review the plugins to make sure that when capabilities are removed they don’t keep hiding products afterwards.
