Using 2 plugins

Hi, somehow I can’t reply to the other thread, but did this ever work with the person using Affiliates User and Affiliates Permanent? https://www.itthinx.com/topic/can-attach-buyer-and-affiliate-for-lifetime/ It seems like the devs suggested it would work. But my affiliates are not being assigned or getting credit for any referrals.

Like today, my report says 1 Visitor, 1 Hit, 0 Referrals even though a sale (multiple sales from the same buyer) were made. The buyer was never assigned to the affiliate, but I need them to be. I don’t need a tiered system that I know of, just if someone is referred to the site, they are assigned. Everyone on the site just happens to be an affiliate also.

So is the advice to use the plugin incorrect or do I have a problem we can solve somehow? Thanks!

Thank you – that’s exactly what I was missing!

I don’t see “Products > edit a product > Product Data > Affiliates” in the product edit screen to complete the setup steps, but actually, it seems to be working fine with just a Referral Rate set. Is there any problem with just leaving a Referral Rate other than lack of control per product? Thanks!

      Hi,
to see this option in Product edit page, you need to hace checked “Enable product referral rates” in Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration.
      cheers

    Hi Carissa,

This sounds like you have no integration plugin activated, can you please check? You should have the Affiliates plugin, Affiliates Permanent and for example a WooCommerce integration plugin activated.

    Cheers
