Widget Controls Pro was working great on our site at
https://www.antibodysociety.org/
With most of the site using one set of header and sidebar widgets and a subset at
using another. However, after our server was updated to PHP 8, I did a series of plugin updates and something happened – the same WCP settings now show the custom widgets on every subpage except home.
What I had was two header and sidebar widgets with “Show everywhere except” and “Show only on” set, with the following rules:

Edit: Forgot to mention, WordPress version we use is 5.7.5 and I didn’t update it, nor the theme files.

I see from your site that you are running version 2.4.0 which is not the latest one. What I would first recommend is to use the latest version. As your access to updates has expired last year in April, you would have to renew access here https://www.itthinx.com/shop/widgets-control-pro/ and update to the latest release. If the issue still persists after that, we would have to look at your site’s debug.log to see if there might be any conflict.
