First off, please allow me to apologize for the delayed response to your inquiry. Please forgive me.
With regards to your inquiry, you can add a new field(affiliate_phone) to the Affiliate registration form, however, you can’t use that to log in as you can only use the username or email to log in. I would recommend you do the following:
* Navigate to Affiliates > Settings > Registration.
* Ensure the user_login field is enabled and checked as Required.
* Uncheck the required checkbox by the user_email field.
* Save changes.
Doing this would allow the user to specify a username they can use to log in instead of an email. As they would not be required to enter an email.
