Bought Affiliates Enterprise 8 Apr 2019. Got two emails which I saved. Neither shows a ‘Service Key’, but one shows my User Name. Got message in WP Dashboard that Affiliates Enterprise has a new Update. Updating says that it is not automatically updated.
Under Access to Update it states: Your service key is missing. You must input a valid service key to get access to updates.
I have searched high and low on the itthinx.com page, including using the Search boxes. There is nothing showing where I can locate the ‘Service Key’.
Found a link on the WP Update page that directed me to the Service Key. Now installed. Wasted a half hour on this wild goose chase. Seems it should be an automatic update since the answer to the question is right where the question is asked, in the WP Update page.

Thanks for using our plugin and sorry to hear that you had trouble finding it, but the link to the page is actually mentioned below the field where you input it and we also explain it on the documentation page here http://docs.itthinx.com/document/itthinx-updates/. Furthermore, there is a link to the service key page in the Downloads page, just mentioning it in case you need to look for it again.
