WHY can’t I respond to an existing topic/support-request ????

URGENT!!!!!!

When I attempt to reply to the support thread, I’m told “Only authorized members can comment on this topic.”
Grrr.

Almost 1 yr later, all prepared and ready to try again!

What I WANTED to reply to that thread was:
“That was my first hope/expectation, but no such luck.
Instead of providing files for download, it says ‘Please download products immediately upon purchase and keep a backup. You will not be able to download products after your purchased access expires…’
Please advise”

UPDATE: ***please*** ensure that I have a way to reply/respond/contact you.
I’ve now burned an entire work day due only to that blockage.

    Looks like my records may be more complete.
    We’ve had at least seven topics, and (believe it or not) I know for certain that I spoke with someone on the phone about new version vs old version for our old WP, and new license keys, and stuff along those lines. I’m **fairly** certain that was one of you guys.

      Hi William,

      I have checked your order, it was placed on April 22nd 2016 and your access and support period expired thus on April 22nd this year 2017. To get access to the latest version, please renew access – you can do so using your existing account at a 50% discount automatically applied.

      I assume this clears the misunderstanding 🙂

      Sorry, we don’t have access to send plugins if the license has expired.

    Thanks you fro the reply.
    IF memory serves correctly, George said to just get in touch when we get things going, and you guys will provide everything needed.

    I’m sure there’s some way for you to see from your end that we NEVER got to use the plugins.
    We would REALLY APPRECIATE the follow-up and chance/ability to use what we paid for, without having to pay for it all over again.

    Please please re-enable us.
    At least for a little while …long enough for us to get going.
