Hi I purchased a plugin from itthinx now I have a few questions about the plugin.
However Woo Commerce doesn’t recognize my full purchase and is giving me very limited support because of it.
I paid for the app is there anyway to show Woo Commerce I am a paying customer and I require their support staff?

I assume you have bought Affiliates Pro o Enterprise version. This version includes the Affiliates Woocommerce Integration Pro plus other integrations.
We can give you premium support about Affiliates and the integration, but it doesn’t include support from Woocommerce Team.
