when I try to install it I get “Plugin not found” . what should I do?

Welcome to our support channel and many thanks for using our affiliate marketing tools on your site.
Please make sure that Itthinx Updates plugin is installed and activated on your site, and once you add your license key in its settings, try to install Affiliates WooCommerce integration again.
If the issue persists, I think it’s better for us to have a look at your installation. I would like you to provide us with temp admin access to your site and also enable WP debugging in case something is wrong. You may send the temp admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com and please don’t forget to mention the topic title in the email subject.
