Since the links with query strings are not cached by default, you won’t have an issue, but I would recommend you to make a test referral and check if everything is normal, just in case.

I just installed WP Super Cache free version and the Advanced tab is still there. The only difference is the order of the option which is now at the second place in Miscellaneous section and I updated our screenshot.
Once you get their reply, I will update our document accordingly.

Definitely. Yes, for both the regular version, and the premium there is nolonger an “advanced” tab.

If you can’t find something equivalent in WP Super Cache settings, perhaps it would be a nice idea to ask their support, since you got a premium license. I imagine it would be named differently or perhaps it is not needed, but nevertheless their support department is more qualified to reply this.
You can also link them to our documentation page and once you get the solution, I would kindly ask you to share it with us, so we can update our troubleshooting section as well.
