I am trying to find out how to edit the wording on the page that a user ends up after signing up to be an Affiliate. The URL is the same as the sign up page so I cannot find the page. Right now it shows the log in and below that it says

I want to remove the log here on this landing page and have it read
Thank you for applying to participate in our Affiliate Crowd Funding Program. Your request will be reviews and we contact you once you have been approved.

You can edit your affiliate-area page adding the ‘redirect_url’ param in the ‘[affiliates_login_redirect]‘ shortcode. And ‘redirect’ and ‘redirect_to’ in the ‘[affiliates_registration]‘ shortcode.
