You need to add that shortcode on the Affiliate Area page. You can customise that page by using the various shortcodes provided by the plugin one by one – the default is that the [affiliate_dashboard] shortcode is the one that renders the dashboard itself. Info regarding the available shortcodes for the Affiliate plugin can be found here -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/shortcodes/

          Hi,
You need to go to the Pages > All Pages and edit the Affiliate Area page, adding a new Shortcode block if you’re using the Blocks editor.
          Here’s a video I made to clarify:

    Hello,
    Thanks for using the plugin!
A shortcode needs to be used in order to show the affiliate username, instead of the id – you need to wrap the shortcode used for displaying the affiliate url (or link) with the [affiliates_by_username][/affiliates_by_username] shortcode, like shown below:

    [affiliates_by_username][affiliates_url][/affiliates_by_username]

    [affiliates_by_username][affiliates_affiliate_link][/affiliates_by_username]

There's detailed info on the plugin usage that you can read in its documentation page here, if you'd like -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-by-username/
    Hope this helps!
    Cheers,
    Denitsa
