S2member referal commision based on s2meber registration

Hello !

i have purchased enterprise edition for s2member & tier integration to distribute the % recurring commission for joining the site. I am encountering two issues.

1) it is not considering a visit as hit even after registration

2) the fees should be distributed depending on the type of account a user signs up for.

Eg : if user chooses bronze account for $10, commission is recurring & based on $10 in tiers.

please help

Hello ! i have purchased affiliates enterprise & i have also installed s2membership plugin integration. My query is how can i configure the system to treat membership fees (recurring payment) as recurring affiliate / referral. i.e is a user pays 10 $ for bronze membership the refrer should get x amount & in a tier network the amount should be shared.

    but will the recurring commission be processed under same rule ? & for some reason i am not getting a signup from referral link as one joining entity to distribute commission. what i want is when user signs up by paying recurring payment the commission should be distributed.

    Eg if i give a referral link xyz.com/?affiliate=abcd it should register abcd as affiliate & give commission to abcd & its upper tier members.

    Also currently the setting is as you have mentioned

    but due to some reasons it is not recording the commision on registration of new user. Is any special setting required for s2member user registration membership fee setup ?

      You must make sure that the settings and the integration plugin are set up correctly. Have you checked that everything is configured correctly under Affiliates > s2Member and that the notification URLs appear under s2Member > API / Notifications?

    Hi,

    Regarding #1 – Hits and visits are not the same, the number of visits is <= the number of hits. A hit is produced when you click an affiliate's link, if you click it 100 times, it will show up as 100 hits but it will only count as 1 visit. For #2 - The referral rate for the initial referrer is the one set in Affiliates > Settings.

    The rates that are applied to tiers are set under Affiliates > Tiers. For example, let’s say you want to give 20% for the affiliate who has referred the sign-up, then use 0.2 in Affiliates > Settings, assuming you want to grant 10% to the affiliate who referred the affiliate who brought in the sign-up, you would use 0.1 as the rate for Level 1 in Affiliates > Tiers.
