Affiliates Extra Fields provided a shortcode to point to a post.
How to add terms in version 2.8 and let the user view/tick the agreesment.(required)

    Hi Tobias,

    This would be using the terms_post_id parameter with the [affiliates_registration] shortcode – see this documentation page for more details please http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/shortcodes/affiliates_registration/

    You will find that shortcode used in the default affiliate area generated by the plugin, add that parameter there to have the registration form indicate the link to the required terms.
