I am trying to connect purchases made by referrals in WPEasyCart (with payment made over Stripe) to affiliates. Can I use this plugin for this purpose? If now, is there any way you see that I can do this?

Welcome to our support forum for Affiliates plugin and its addons.
At the moment Affiliates plugin doesn’t provide an integration with WPEasyCart extension.
However, if you are familiar with PHP and development, we provide useful API methods you can use and track referred sales. You may find the description and examples in the documentation:

Last but not least, it is recommended to track referred sales after a customer has succeeded the checkout.
