Getting an Internal Server Error Message After trying to activiate Groups 1.3.12

I recently updated my wordpress to 3.6 and tried to update my Groups plugin but it gave me a Internal Error Message stopping me from having access to my wp-admin. Is there anything that I can do?

    Hi,
    groups is compatible with wordpress 3.6. Maybe there is a specific problem with your installation, please try update it via ftp.
