How i can send the affiliates name to zoho crm with gravity forms

After a referrer by an Affiliate fill a form in my site I send the lead to my Zoho CRM. I have the Affiliates Gravity Form Integration plugin-in active in my form. I see the referrer information in my Affiliates dashboard but I want to send the Affiliates Name as a field to Zoho CRM with the referrer lead information. How I can do that?
