Image is not shown in Banner area

My issue is “banner imanges do not show in dashboard”.
It seems there is no problem with my wordpress – “Affilites –> Edit Banner” page. I can see images there.
If I go my website –> dashboard –> Banner, then no image is shown and it responds 404 error.

How can I solve this?

If more info needed to find the solution, please kindly advise.

    Hi Shimpei,

    Welcome to our support forum.
    This obviously shouldn’t happen since the image exists on your installation. A possible reason could be an access restriction applied to the banner image, but I think that a closer look at your installation would shed some more light on this case.
    Please forward temp admin access credentials to george at itthinx dot com and also make sure to enable WP debugging. If your site is running live at the moment, then it’s better for me to check your issue on a staging site.
