I’m running into this same problem – I inherited a website that was using some weird workaround for referrals, and have decided to use the Affiliate Pro for it. I can’t pinpoint which plugin may be causing this, as my affiliate are also getting redirected to the admin dashboard, and not to the affiliate area page – I am using the [affiliates_login_redirect] shortcode as well.

active plugins – not including affiliate plugings are

Akismet, Google maps placemarks, blog in blog, contact form 7, css plus, custom link widget, default blog, display posts shortcode, duplicator, google analytics, gravity forms, gravity forms directory & addons, gravity forms user registration add-on, hide update reminder message, members, revolution slider, ultimate tinyMCE, Widget Shortcode

Any idea which plugin I should dive into, to see if it would be causing a problem?

      Hi,
maybe Members (in settings has an option to redirect).
If you create a test site, you can try to deactivate all plugins except the necessary ones > test > enable one by one > test …

      cheers

    Hi Jit,

To me this sounds like another plugin is interfering. Do you have anything activated related to logins?
