Name, Phone and Email for referring affiliate

I was asked my affiliates if I can insert Name, Phone and email of the customer that signed up because of their affiliate. I do not see a tocken for this to be added. Is this possible?

I have a situation here where if I input a referral credit to an affiliate by hand,

There are no fields to input:

    subscr_id=%%subscr_id%%
    &txn_id=registration&amount=0
    &user_first_name=%%user_first_name%%
    &user_last_name=%%user_last_name%%
    &user_full_name=%%user_full_name%%
    &user_email=%%user_email%%&user_login=%%user_login%%
    &user_ip=%%user_ip%%&user_id=%%user_id%%

I need to fill those fields in but your form for adding a new affiliate doesn’t contain these fields. How can I fix this?

      Hi Cesar,

When manually adding referrals, you don’t have the option to modify the data that is provided internally through the integration. For manual referrals, you would take note of details in the description field which is provided for that purpose.

      Cheers

Hello, I noticed you recently launched an updated and didn’t see this feature in it. When can I expect to see referral names inside of emails for referring affiliates to see?

      Hi,
you can use Affiliates Extra Tokens to add the order/user data that you need.
      cheers

Ok this is very helpful but still my affiliates would like to see who they referred and their email. Also they would like to have access to these referrals to be able to export a list (export csv file of their team)

When is the update coming out to email an affiliate about their referrals name and email on new and recurring sales?

    Thank you

You can use the same ids that appear in the notification URLs as tokens in the notifications and when displaying data now. Some examples [txn_id] [subscr_id] [first_name] [last_name] [payer_email] [user_email]

There were some adjustments in latest release of the s2Member integration so that these values are stored and can be retrieved by their tokens (previously these were stored by order of appearance).

You can use them with the stats shortcodes as well as the notifications.

Exports to CSV aren’t supported yet but work is scheduled to add export/import features.

Ok thank you for the amazing work! Testing out the latest s2member update. Notice that I didn’t receive notification from WordPress that the s2member plugin for Affiliate Enterprise needed an update. Only the Affiliate Enterprise build.

Many thanks! I’ll check on the notification settings for the plugin, thanks for pointing that out.

It may be a far stretch, but if you can make the tiers visually available like for example

    Direct
    / \
    Member1 Member2
    / \
    Member 3 Member4

This would help to see who is active and who isn’t.

Monthly recurring should also reflect this.

Actually you can already do this using the [affiliates_tiers] shortcode, see Shortcodes in the documentation. It renders it as a nested list and can be customized quite a bit using the shortcode attributes. The data includes all the referrals. If you have any suggestion beyond what the shortcode is currently capable of showing, please feel free to comment on that.

Ok, thank you. My affiliates are really interested in getting this information to see who’s active in the system and who isn’t. Thank you.

    Hello,

Both if possible. I believe it’s important to get an email of the person that signed up and also see “their affiliates information” in the back office under stats.

Ok thanks, there needs to be a modification done on the s2Member integration so you can fully have that. Please wait for the next release which is due shortly and I’ll update with more info on this thread.

Basically yes although we might need to do some enhancements. Do you want this in the notification or in the stats?
