Problem when I activated Affiliates Permanent

I’ve been using the below shortcode for the week but it particialy stopped working after I installed affiliates permanent.

[referrer_user direct=”true” display=”user_ctp”]

My website has affiliate links to other products, I’ve been using the above shortcode to credit the referring affiliate with any sales made using these affiliate links.

Example:[referrer_user direct=”true” display=”user_ctp”]

This worked fine before I installed affiliate permanent.

Now that I’ve installed the plugin, the shortcode only works if the visitor is a registered user and logged in. If the visitor is not a registered user and not logged, I would like “user_ctp” to display the info of the affiliate that sent the visitor to the website.

I hope I explained this well enough.

    Hi Charles,

The shortcode doesn’t allow user_ctp as a value for the display attribute. See the documentation page for supported values please referrer_user.
