Hi Guys
Tried to update from v2.4 to v2.5 today and got this message.
“An error occurred while updating Groups Restrict Categories: Update package not available.”
I have a valid key. I also tried downloading from “My Account” but it only downloads v2.2
Any ideas?
I’ve followed all those instructions and it’s still not working. It seems to think I don’t have a valid license.

If your access has expired, please renew it here. If your access is still valid, please check that your service key is correct.
I do have an access key and I’m pretty sure it’s valid until November this year.

Oh yes indeed, you have an active license for Groups File Access but your access for Groups Restrict Categories has expired. Please renew via our shop and then your update will work.

Please try this:
1. On your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Itthinx Updates and click the Check button. Wait until the page has reloaded.
2. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and look for the update now link of the Groups Restrict Categories plugin, click it and wait until it comes back either with a successful Updated! message or error.
If you get an error, make sure to check your service key is correct – https://www.itthinx.com/service-key/ … if it wasn’t, update to the right key indicated there and try the process again.
The alternative is to do it manually, go to https://www.itthinx.com/downloads/ and get the latest plugin zip from there (that will be 2.5.0). Go to Plugins > Add New, upload the latest zip and confirm to replace the existing one.
