We’ve got the crazy problem that one user registered to the correct groups can’t see/access what he should… Other uses with the exact same groups can! We are unable to solve the problem. Is there some way to debug this with a debug mode or something like this? Any other ideas how to solve this?

Hi Christoph,
Please make sure that the user in question has been assigned to exactly the same groups as the other users, so that we can be sure that he is not restricted from content due the use of [groups_member] or similar shortcodes.
If this is not the case, please take a full backup of your site and send us admin access to support at itthinx dot com.
