   With regards to your inquiry, Affiliates provides Administrator Referral Notifications, which allows you to send notifications to the admin email(desired email) containing the affiliate id and name whenever a referral is made. To enable this option, please do the following:
   * Navigate to Affiliates > Notifications
   * Click on the Administrator tab
   * Scroll down to the Referrals section and ensure you the option Notify the site administrator is checked.
   * Modify the email as desired.
   * Click Save
