New affiliates in pending, when they should be active

Using the affiliates pro plugin with the user registration plugin for Gravity forms. I’ve set up settings so that new affiliates are active and the correct settings on the Gravity Form, so when users join a pending affiliate is created https://www.staging.buyassociation.co.uk/join But i can’t get them to be active on registration. I’ve tried the obvious…
Affiliates need approval but not normal customers, is this possible?

Hi I’ve allowed affiliate registration in the settings but every time someone orders and wants to make an account on the site, it is set to pending, even if they are just a new customer and not a new affiliate. Thanks for any help!
Commissions beyong level 3 not activated

When I setup tier with 5 levels, upon completion of product order in woo, only current affiliate , plus 3 levels of affilates commissions turn accepted, the 4th and fifth remain pending. When I set to 3 levels, all work fine! pls rectify!
