Premium Support

For products sold directly on our site:

Our Terms & Conditions apply.

Purchases include one year of support and updates. To continue to receive support and updates beyond the initial period, you must renew your purchase. During this period, you will be able to access the file(s) in the Downloads section and receive preferential support in the Forums. Our products are continuously improved and provided on an as-is basis. We can help you to configure our products within their capabilities, but we do not customize them for you nor do we provide support for third-party customizations or integrations.

For our products sold exclusively on WooCommerce.com:

The terms of the WooCommerce Support Policy apply.

Support for these products* is handled exclusively via the dedicated Support area on WooCommerce.com. Open a Support Request and our team will help you there.

*This includes the following premium extensions for WooCommerce:

General and pre-Sales Questions

While you browse our site, you will find that most pages will allow you to post a comment. The Overview lists links to the plugin pages where you can post questions.

Please note that advice on programming in general to non-qualified individuals cannot be provided through this site.

Support hours

General support is provided from Monday to Friday, support hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 (GMT). Usually a response is given within 24 hours during support hours, sometimes it may take a bit longer but please be patient as we will eventually get back to you.

Downloads

If you have registered an account on the site, you can access your files in the Downloads section. If you do not have an account but have previously made an order on the site, please request access using the Contact section.

Plugin install failed?

If you are trying to install a downloaded file that is not a plugin, you will get an error message like this:

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.

In this case, you either have downloaded a package or the downloaded file is corrupt. Try to unzip the downloaded file, as it can be a package that contains the plugin or plugins to install and installation instructions. If that fails, try to download the file again.
