Support requests

Before you request support, please read the documentation and search the site. If you do not find an answer to your question, please post it in the appropriate section:

Premium Support

Purchases include one year of support and updates. During this period, you will be able to access the file(s) in the Downloads section and receive preferential support in the Forums.

Free Support and General Questions


Please note that advice on programming in general to non-qualified individuals cannot be provided through this site.


Support hours

General support is provided from Monday to Friday, support hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 (GMT). Usually a response is given within 24 hours during support hours, sometimes it may take a bit longer but please be patient as we will eventually get back to you.


Downloads

If you have registered an account on the site, you can access your files in the Downloads section. If you do not have an account but have previously made an order on the site, please request access using the Contact section.

Downloaded files usually contain installation instructions – integration packs usually contain various plugins. Once you have downloaded a file, extract its contents and refer to the README.txt file for installation and update instructions.


Plugin install failed.

If you are trying to install a downloaded pack you will get an error message like this:

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.

You must unzip the downloaded file first as it contains the plugins to install and installation instructions.


Projects

If you would like to ask for a quote on custom projects, please use the contact section. Please understand that small hacks, modifications, low or under-budgeted projects are not accepted.
