Updates & Support
Each purchased download includes one year of support and updates. During this period, you will be able to access the file(s) in the Downloads section and receive support as outlined on the Support page. After this period, you will still be able to use the product(s) on your site.
Customers who have purchased before March 21st 2013 enjoy unlimited access.

WordPress plugins and themes are duly tested prior release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond itthinx.com’s responsibility.
All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment.
Premium support is currently included for all products purchased and questions can be posted on the products’ pages. Please search the site and read the documentation before posting a question. Any coding, adaption, customization, configuration, setup, administration or other consulting work, including solving conflicts with third-party plugins and themes or server setups, must be requested separately, please contact itthinx.com in these cases.
Free and premium support is provided as outlined on the Support page. We do not answer support questions via email for installing, adapting, customizing, using or configuring, setup or administration of the products themselves or the setup or environment they are supposed to be deployed with.
Since all products that can be purchased are of digital nature, in general, no refunds for downloadable products will be issued. All efforts have been undertaken to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to determine if a product is suitable for your use prior to your purchase. When in doubt whether a product is suitable for your needs, please ask before placing your order. In individual cases we can consider a refund, when you have completely misunderstood the intention of a product*, when you have purchased the same product twice but only needed one license or when there is sufficient proof that it is impossible to use the product with your setup.
*We do provide several free versions of our plugins which are fully functional, please try a free version before you decide to buy a premium version.
