Woocommerce Intergration fails

Posted in

Hi,

I have purchased and installed Affiliates Pro. I followed this up by downloading, installing, and entering in the key for the itthinx updater. So far, so good. However, when I attempt to click the button for integrating with woocommerce, I receive the following message:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

For your sake, I have deactivated, deleted, and deleted all affiliate data from Affiliates Pro, enabled bug logging, and attempted a reinstall, as well as woocommerce integration. Here are the contents of my debug.log:

Let me know if you need anymore information.

Thanks,
Robert

    Antonio,
    1) I double checked, and I indeed have enough space, I have also checked my memory allocation to PHP–it’s looking good.
    2) The file permissions allow Owner Read, Write, Execute on my wp-content folder
    3) I have not done this, but 4) I disabled every plugin on my WP installation with the exception of itthinx updater and affiliates pro.

I am still getting this error when I attempt to integrate woo comerce. For giggles, I tried the contact 7 form integration and it was successful. Do you have any other ideas?

    Hi Brian,
thanks for the information. Your debug file doesn’t indicate error with itthinx’s plugin.
if you have a google search you can see a lot of reasons that can generate this error.
    You can check:
1.- You have enough space in your server.
2.- Your wp-content folder is writable (go to dashboard Appearance->editor and check if you can modify any file)
3.- Set up a staging site
4.- Disable plugins that are not essential. Then try enabling one by one.
    Thanks,
    Antonio B.
