  • Affiliate amount stopped being calculated

    Starting this may referral calculation stopped working and every order has 0. It was working fine prior to that, I have installed and integrated the woocommerce plugin and set the service code for itthinx update plugin.

  • Billing Form doesn’t let the user finish filling in the fields before switching to the Shipping Address

    I can fill in the Billing Form until I get to the state. Once I select the state, the page switches over to the shipping form before I can finish and save the Billing info. Also, the billing information is not being saved in the back end.

    Hi, Do refunds from affiliate sales get calculated in affiliates pro? E.g. If my affiliate has 5 referrals that bought from my site but 2 of those people got a refund does that amount get deducted from my affiliates commision? Do I need to do something in settings to make sure this happens?
