I’ve had an affiliate reach over his limit for payout, but I think it is incorrect.
the referral rate is 5% so it is set to 0.05
and this is fine but now I’m no longer sure we have reached the correct amount.
The total referral in USD is 722.11
The payout detail amounts are:
Accepted USD 198.97
Pending USD 190.04
Rejected USD 333.10
Where is the true payout amount?

none of the values is correct. In Affiliates->Referrals, in the filter you can select ‘Expand details’ and ‘Expand data’ to see the total on which the commission is calculated.
