Affiliates coupons

Dear all,

I bought the licence for Affiliate Pro. I am currently looking at the documentation and I would like to see if the affiliates have the ability to see the purchased items with coupons.

I put the [affiliates_affiliate_profile show_name=”false” show_email=”false” show_attributes=”coupons”], however nothing appears on the affiliate page.

Another thing is that I am unable to find the refferal made using coupons. I purchased two products using coupon assigned to one affiliate. The problem is that there is no information that those two products ware somehow assigned to that affiliate.

Please bear in mind that I did all the settings and the coupon name was assigned in the “Manage affiliates” area

Could you please advice what might be the problem, I may provide you with credentials as well?

    Hi Kento,

    We will need only the number of purchases with coupons on monthly bases. Nothing more specific.

      Thanks Izabel,

      I will add this to our suggested feature enhancements for consideration. I think it’s a good idea to be able to show the performance on coupons in general and even on individual coupons.

    Thank you for the reply!

    Unfortunately our main purpose for affiliates pro is to use the coupons and the ability to set the rates and comissions.

    Every affiliate will have one particular coupon that will use in instagram or another social channel.

    We need to provide details to the affiliates with the orders that were made through those coupons. Is there a way to provide that information directly in their admin page?

    I have sent you the credentials in a separate email.

      Thanks Izabel, I’ve followed up on your email as you didn’t indicate the URL of the site.

      If you want to show order details based on coupons, as this is a specific requirement it would require customization. This information is not displayed by any of the built-in features. I would also recommend to review what is disclosed to the affiliates in such a customization, thinking about privacy etc.

    Hi Izabel,

    Regarding the shortcode you mention, that would be used to show the assigned coupon codes. It would not be useful to show information that is related to purchases referred through those.

    The system won’t make a distinction between the orders referred via link and those that were referred via coupon. You can review the orders placed using a coupon as an admin when you go to the reports section in WooCommerce, but this information is not directly available for affiliates.

    Regarding the referral via coupon on the site, it would be good to have a look. Please forward temporary credentials to support at itthinx dot com – please also include a link to this topic along with the test order number, coupon code and affiliate ID.
